Okay so I've been trading a little while on LBC and I've been semi successful and I've enjoyed doing it, until people have started targeting me and reversing payments... As some of you will know this is intensely annoying, the bank will lock up your account until the investigation is closed and they might even close your bank account altogether. Yet, there are people on LBC who operate within the UK just fine. How do they do this? What is the process that needs to happen to be able to trade and be sure that your account won't be locked up if someone tries to reverse a payment? I'd like specifics if anyone can provide them but I have a few specific questions: What business account bank should I use and why? I've heard Enumis and Clear Junction are popular. I know I need to be regulated by the FCA if I want to start trading consistently with large volumes. Will being FCA approved effect the way I trade to any large degree? Will it prevent people from locking up my account by reversing payments etc? Any other comments from UK based professional traders on Localbitcoins or similar P2P trading sites would be appreciated.
How would I start trading bitcoin as a 15 year old (UK)?
As the title suggests. I've looked everywhere and it seems impossible. Every site either has an 18+ limit with an ID verification (which I wouldn't pass of course, with my age), or they have an 18+ age limit, but extremely low limits until you ID verify. I have access to Tor if that helps.

Hi there, I just wanted to share my experience of trading bitcoin in the UK for the last 4 years. I've always used localbitcoins due to its simplicity for GBP to BTC (and vice versa) and low fees. However I've gone through 4 bank accounts during my time trading with each one stating that they'll shut down my account if I carried on. The banks I've used are Halifax, Lloyds, Monzo and Starling. I seemed to have the most success with Monzo until today. Does anyone know why banks in the UK have a problem with this? Have people had similar experiences? Also does anyone know of any banks that would support such activity as I'm running out of options? It would be much appreciated if people could share who they bank with while trading cryptocurrencies. Thanks! TLDR: Have had 4 UK bank warnings of closure if I don't stop trading bitcoin. What bank would be best to use for trading bitcoin and other cryptos without risk of closure to the account? My LBC profile for reference: https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/MrIanHell/

He is talking about me. He tried to trade with me today as he already informed everyone on this forum. But I believe he's a scammer because of the following 1) He pretended that he is in the UK but his IP and phone is from Malta. 2)His real name is SAM APPLEGATE but he told me to pay into LEILA EL-DEAN account in the uk. So the name he is using on the forum and the name on the account does not tally. It's seem he is using somebodyelse account details which is fraudulent and I don't get myself involve in those activities. He then decided to give me a negative comment because I said I'm trading with him again. If he's honest why will he be living in Malta and pretend that he lives here in the UK? Can he explain why the name on the bank account given and the name he is bearing on local bitcoin doesn't tally?
